Are you a Showroom Manager looking for your next role?

We’re currently recruiting for a well-respected plumbing business. We’re looking for someone who can run this showroom with energy, initiative, and a commercial eye to join our client’s showroom in Bolton- someone who understands that good design matters, but great relationships and follow-through are what drive results.

You’ll be managing the showroom and staff, ensuring all displays are up to date and in good order, and making sure all customers receive the best experience, arranging customer events, and building a strong presence on social media. While also taking a proactive role in building relationships with local installers, developing repeat business, and keeping the showroom front-of-mind with both trade and retail customers.

Principal Responsibilities

• Managing your own team in the showroom
• Leading and coaching junior staff to drive sales and service
• Developing trade and retail customer relationships
• Maintaining a showroom that inspires – layout, merchandising and displays
• Supporting customers with design advice and product recommendations

Knowledge & experience

• Experience in a bathroom, kitchen, interiors or design showroom.
• Sales focused with good commercial acumen, including margin management, supplier relationships and stock management.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
• CAD Experience
