Architectural Specification Manager – Drylining – At the time Sharples Davies had been asked to recruit within the commercial sales team close to London. In our Headhunt search and selection process we identified a candidate that we felt was a perfect match for their specification team. The lady started in 2021 and has made a good impression already. Gareth Hulme was the consultant on this vacancy
National Specification Manager – Lintels – Starting in 2022 our candidate has joined this manufacturer where on a National basis he will be managing a fairly new team focused on the specification sales process. Joanna Hulme was the consultant working with this manufacturer
Regional Sales Manager – Pressure Pipe Systems – Jennifer McDermott has recruited a number of Regional Sales Managers for this manufacturer who has a very specific route to market. Jen understands the company and customer base and our client is happy not to see candidates that don’t fit the bill.
National Key Account Manager – Roofing & Facades – Our brief was to find a candidate who would manage the national key accounts for this manufacturer (mainly merchants) the role would require someone able to negotiate at board level and role out the strategy to branch level. Gareth Hulme was the consultant on this vacancy.
Regional Sales Director – Above & Below Ground Plastic Drainage – Joanna Hulme helped this Manufacturer find a Regional Sales Director for this companies team in the South West & Midlands.
Area Sales Manager – Compression Fittings & Valves – Over the last eight years Gareth Hulme has worked closely with this manufacturer and has recruited all but one of their Area Sales Managers who are selling into M&E Contractors and Merchants across the UK.
